Yeah, that was definitely the vibe I got. Since it's still a kid show they're not gonna go all out and say they slept together but the implication is that they slept together. And it definitely wasn't rape, even if Fin was a little hesitant. Also the writers know that LSP is a terrible choice for Fin, that kinda the whole point of the episode.
